Mr. Dufour is Senior Vice President, SNC-Lavalin Capital, a division of the SNC-Lavalin Group. He is in charge of the company’s infrastructure concessions investment portfolio, financial feasibility studies and contract negotiations and drafting. He is also responsible for organizing, planning and coordinating the division’s activities.

Mr. Dufour is a chartered accountant and has twenty-five years of solid experience in
administration, project financing, acquisitions, partnerships and infrastructure investments. He is also a member of the board of directors of InTransit BC, AltaLink Investments L.P. and AltaLink Holdings.
