Mr. Anctil has more than twenty years of experience in strategic planning, business development and management. He is President and Chief Executive Officer of Fiera Axium Infrastructure Inc., an infrastructure investment firm. He was an executive with SNC-Lavalin, among others Executive Vice President and Member of the Office of the President from 2001 to 2008.

Mr. Anctil has a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a MBA. He has been working in the investment infrastructure field for more than ten years, which requires that he regularly evaluate and analyze financial statements of companies that are comparable to GMi and Gaz Métro. Mr. Anctil sits on a number of boards of directors.
