Mr. Hedde is a member of the GDF SUEZ Executive Committee, which is responsible for the company’s integration, synergies and performance, and President of GRDF, a subsidiary of GDF SUEZ, a natural gas distributor in France.

After starting in industrial engineering, he held management positions in a company in the mechanical industry and then, for thirteen years, in a bank. He joined the Finance Division of Gaz de France in 1993, first as Manager, Subsidiaries and Investment Interests, then, from 2000 to 2003 as Executive Vice President, then, from 2003 to 2005 as Vice President, Projects and Business Development Division, and from 2005 to 2007 as Vice President, Equity Acquisitions Division.

In 2007 and 2008, until the merger with SUEZ SA, he was General Secretary of the Gaz de France group, heading up a number of departments, including Legal Affairs, Real Property and Purchasing, Secretary of the board of directors of Gaz de France and responsible for the merger. He is a director of other industrial or service companies of the GDF SUEZ group.
